Highly recommend this and any fire house subs. They donate some of there proceeds back to fire and EMS systems.
Although I was satisfied with my service, I being a first time customer, overheard some of the crew making their way towards the drink station which just so happen to be by our table. We over heard them acknowledging that the drink station had no Dr.Pepper anymore (probably needed to be refilled or changed out). One of the employees then goes on to say “ see, I told you we were probably out of Dr.Pepper and you needed to change it out.” Another employee goes on to say “Well I’m not changing it until someone asks for it. But no one wants Dr.Pepper” little did they know I did want a Dr.Pepper. Unfortunately since I’m used to being dismissed or told that unfortunately it was completely out I picked another beverage. It wasn’t what they said but how they said it. Neither one of the employees who went to grab a beverage went to solve the issue although they now acknowledge that it was an issue. I’m not sure that’s very good customer service if you ask me but other than that I had a really good time ! I told the gentleman that was taking our order that it was my first time and he was very patient with me. I asked about the meatball sub and he gave some great recommendations and tips. He also gave me his opinion on how it was one of his fave subs. I’m not sure if his name is actually Jeeti like it says on the receipt but thanks to his excellent customer service I told my Fiance` who loves the food here that I would definitely be back. So thank you very much Firehous Subs! This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Way better than subway that’s for sure !
I got the large Italian sub combo and let me tell you it was FIRE! Don't sleep on Firehouse go try it now!
Sandwich was amazing had never been before. Thanks mom and dad that was a surprise meal & it was great!!!
Also have gluten free options, so this makes a viable option for my son to have a sandwich with the family!!
This place is the bomb. It does not matter what you order you will love it. Whether you get the hook and ladder or the New York steamer if you don't love it you have zero taste.
I love this firehouse subs the food is prepared hot and fresh not a long wait even if they are busy everything I've tried was delicious this is a must try I recommend this location to everyone
Great place to order online and pick-up subs to take home. Always punctual and hot. The only thing they could change is to have a tip jar available for the workers.
Very good. The service is great. For the quality you get, I think it's excellent. I have ordered so many times using delivery but this I ordered by walking into the store. Staff wears masks. That's good for customers. Clean. And I love the variety of sandwiches. And the hot sandwiches I highly recommend, and they will customize for you. I do like sandwiches have 3 different sizes for perfect for kids or people with heartier appetites.
I personally love Italian subs. Firehouse Italians taste different in a good way. The service wasn't bad at all at this location. My sandwich was well made and well cut. I recommend.
Food was good but people were rude. Customer sitting a at 6 top alone watching TV wouldn't get up. So we sat outside on the curb
