Excellent, fast, friendly service! See Maria if she is there, she has a great eye for men's fashion. She helped me get a full suit setup and picked a tie that I've gotten many compliments on.
Horrible experience at this location, Maria the manager doesn’t know how to treat her customers properly, extremely rude. Would not recommend using this store to anyone. I will never use this company again.
Horrible customer service, Maria the manager kicked us out of the store even though I had 10 suits to pick up. This will be my last time to ever use Mens Warehouse for any event. I do not recommend to anyone using this store.
Not much stuff and didn't measure right. Or lied about it
This store's customer service is pretty poor, and seems to revolve around organization. Messages are unreturned, shipping expectations and timelines are unclear (which, when you're dealing with getting a suit for a wedding, is not ideal). A week after my suit's ship date, I'd still not only not received word from the store, but my messages had gone unreturned, so I gave them another call and someone answered for the first time. After 15 minutes on and off hold, I was told that they had no record of me, then that they had a record but the suit hadn't shipped, then that it HAD shipped, then that it was in the store, then that it was in the store and they can't find it. I can't see a reason to give business to this location when it's so frustrating to deal with them.
Went in ask for suit tried it on and no querries out the door smiling
Excellent service from Robert. In and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Sport coat, shirt and tie pressed. Thank you Robert for this GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
