The agent was punctual in regards to the time of my appointment. The agent was pleasant, very knowledgeable, professional and very good at the work being done as well as explaining any questions I had.in preparation of filing my taxes. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

First off, FREE PARKING validation IN DOWNTOWN when you come visit this office. And is right next to Chicas Tacos and a couple doors down to DUNKIN DONUTS, If you need a bite to eat. The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional. I was fortunate to have two tax pros helping with my complicated return and would recommend Teresa Castro and Raul Garza. They also have a drop off service for busy people who don’t have time to sit with their tax preparer the whole time, it makes the process that much faster and made the chore of doing taxes, that much easier. Going to a professional instead of doing it yourself online, takes out the headache and can save you money and potential problems in the future, which is why I will be coming here from now on instead of doing it online. Thanks for the great service. And for educating me more about my taxes, I feel a lot smarter about the whole subject just coming here. THANK YOU!
