The Body & Brain yoga tai chi at the Koreatown location is the best place I’ve discovered - it is very clean, safe feeling and really allows me to connect to myself with others amazing teachers and amazing other participants I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover the art and science of yoga and tai chi coming together in one of the best settings!!


Excellent experience!! Life changing program. I recommend it to anyone in need of self reflection! Master Chan ( Ktown )is very patient and knowledgeable .


This Yoga-Tai Chi is special - it feels particularly soulful and healing.
These first few months, through classes, private sessions, and workshops, I can already feel the energy in my body changing.
Master Chunil (at Ktown location) is incredibly patient and centered. Master Dahari (Pasadena) is kind, compassionate and open-hearted.


Love it. It's not too hot but hot enough to make you SWEAT!!!! Took my first class today and I loved every bit of it. Worth every penny


Great clean studio and amazing teachers. Awesome new flow classes and lots of class time choices. 4 stars only because I wish there were more workshops and dharma talks worked in.


Started January 2022 as New Year’s resolution and seriously taking care of my physical, emotional and mental well-being; NEVER STOPPED ever since.

I have always wanted to do Tai Chi since 10 years ago, but just can’t find the right timing and group. I always imagine myself to be in character as a monk of Tilda Swinton, LOL. And Boom! Dream achieved!

On a serious developmental and trustworthy instructor- Master Chunil really cares! I am very picky who to follow, listen and commit my valuable time and money. With Master Chunil, you could never go wrong. He is amazing, and he is located in the KTown location.

I highly recommend! I am a very busy mom of 2, a full time corporate management employee, a startup owner and a home maker- - Body & Brain Yoga- Tai Chi makes me sane with my insane schedule, work/business/life balance and most importantly of all emotional/mental/physical well-being.

Loved the studio space!! The instructor provided a workout that was perfect for improving my core strength and balance :) The massages at the beginning and end were a nice touch too!


Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi Hot Yoga has a variety of classes that give me a good workout or simply help me unwind at the end of the day. I get a good sweat from any of the classes. Facility is clean and instructors are professional. Highly recommend this place.


I’ve been attending Body n Brain workshops and classes for the last few months and their most remarkable quality is their sincerity in their efforts to help people heal and awaken themselves. At the Ktown location, Master Chunil rocks it! The center has an overall feeling of serenity when you walk in.


I attend the LAPL Yoga Meditation class on Mondays and Fridays AM conducted by Master John. He is a dedicated, gently, demanding, and punctual instructor. He patiently explains what we will be doing and what are the benefit of those exercises. Mater John incorporates different routines to make the class interesting. I have learned a lot from the class and it has benefited my body and mind. I also want to recognize the technical assistance provide by the Library Staff. Thank you to the LAPL and Master John for offering such a helpful and nice class. I really enjoy it!
